# Dinamically placed movieclip issue

Using full browser movie, I am placing some movieclips on stage dinamically, but I would like to prevent some text contained in a movieclip to overlap my top horizontal menu when the page is viewed at smaller resolutions…  
Is there any way to do that? can I set a limit to where my movieclip repositon itself after resizing so I can keep a certain consistency of the page without overlapping elements?
