# Disabling Browser Function Commands

Hi,  
In my .fla, I’m assigning different actions to the F1 and F3 function keys.  
When these files are viewed in IE and either function key is used, the Internet Explorer Help File (F1) and the Search Companion (F3). Is the way to disable this from happening to add Action Script or adding java script to the html file, or both?

I **really appreciate** any help you can provide.
