hi, i need simple anwer : how to create a disappearing menu.

for example:

if you move your mouse over the word menu, the menu will appear, if you remove your mouse from the word menu, menu will disappear ELASTICALLY.

may be i am not knowing how to word the question but this is a problem: sliding elastic menu…
