hi,

i’ve been using “display:none” to hide DIVs and then java & css to reveal it when a user clicks the relevant sub link.

I now want to know of a method to override my code and display a particular DIV from an external link.

here is an example:

i have a page with 2 sub-sections (_cats & dogs_)

on a normal load it hides, “display:none”, both the _cats_ and _dogs_ DIV until you have clicked on their sub link.

i want to add in the ability to link directly to the page so it loads with the _cats_ or _dogs_ DIV visible.

any help would be greatly appreciated
