Well I checked NHS direct and its advised to go to AnE. But I thought I’ll ask here.

I walked a fair distance, pulled my shoes off and quickly found it hard to stand. However soon enough this became restricted to my left foot only. Its defaults to a slanted position and is uncomfortable to stand on, particularly the heel and is warm to the touch.

I suspect I’ve just strained a few muscles and feel a bit daft going to AnE. It would appear the worst scenario would be a torn ligament which would need a cast.

Whats your views? lol.
