sound is just a matter of adding imported sound to the timeline and setting it to stream. Then you can scrub the timeline to help you matach animation to the audio (and all animation is pretty much just tweens - basic stuff).

After that, its all up to your creativity and talent

do any of u guys wanna create some sounds for my cartoon if so email me and u can add me on msn messenger i wud like someone who can talk in there mic for my main character and i will edit the voice a bit with the pc
