# Does anyone know how to make a "at a glance" page

I was surfing my friend’s blogger website and I found this feature which i found really cool

Consider a page with photos and comments:

eg:

TITLE HERE (lets say “new smiley”)  
:afro:  
[color=Green]an afro smiley[/color]  
\*\*  
viewers comments\*\*

Lee: how nice…  
Tan: not bad…  
etcetc

* * *

and there will be many pages like this

so for example if i have a section on my site called “my pictures” then when a viewer clicks on that link i would like him to go to an “at a glance” page which shows him _10 of my most recent photos_ and n_umber of comments_ and l_inks to all my photos_ (word links by the TITLE)

For example:

My pictures:  
new smiley  
:afro:  
[color=Blue]\<2 comments\>  
[/color][color=Blue][color=Black]  
old smiley  
:upset:  
[color=Blue]\<0 comments\>[/color]  
etcetc

OLD PICTURES  
[color=Red]A  
B  
C  
D  
.  
.  
.  
Z[/color]

* * *

so clicking either comments or the picture will bring to the picture’s page displaying all comments

anyway i can use flash to do this? or should i use html or some other method to do this?

Primary question:  
If flash can do this, how can it be done

next question:  
if flash cant do this, what can i use? can u recommend me another resource or forum to ask in?
