# Does anyone know if this is done with css or flash

I have a client that likes this hover effect that cannot be downloaded to steal images. I’m not sure if it’s done with flash or css or some other type of code. Can someone tell me where I can get info on how to do this? It’s on [photos.com](http://photos.com), here is the link to view.
