# Does beer go bad?

so i was with my mom about a week ago at my aunts house, we were going thur all the stuff, and i found a quart of Budweiser , its easly form like late 70s early 80s. but is it still good? it has no expiration date, but it has no warning labels on the bottle, but it has a upc.
