# Does flash 8 lag on dual core high end machines?

Hi, does anyone know of any issues using flash 8 and viewing version 8 swf’s on high end machines.

I have a new alienware dual core amd 64bit laptop and have noticed lagging and slight stuttering in speed in playing flash files back? :sigh:

any info would be great, thanks
