# Dot effect

hey guys,

ive seen this effect (seen here: [http://mimmomanes.com/](http://mimmomanes.com/) ) like on the splash. i dont know if any of you know how to achieve that effect, but i was working with it and came up with this:

yeah, its not what i imagined, but i mainly used the noise and halftone filters, along with some saturation and contrast. If you know of a tutorial or found out something else that works, your ideas are welcome! =)
