Hey sorry to be a complete newbie i found this effect on  
[http://www.subaru.co.jp/forester/special/](http://www.subaru.co.jp/forester/special/)  
if you select normal mode and look at the scrollable menu down the bottom, how do you create this effect, im especially interested in the fact it snaps to the nearest full image rather than stay slightly wrong.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
