# Dragging Menu

I need to create a pop up menu that can be dragged around the screen and have links to different sections to click on. I know how to make the movie clip(menu) drag and drop anywhere on the screen as well as make a hit area for it using another movie clip, but it never lets me click on the buttons inside the draggable menu. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
