I’ve been away from Flash for about 2 years and I’m really getting the itch to start writing with it again. I’m trying to get away from frame by frame animation, and I was wondering if anyone had any code snippets for drawing simple items using strictly actionscript? For example, I have some movie clips I’ve created in the past where a box gets drawn line by line using shape tweens. The line starts as a tiny speck, then grows gradually into a full line, and repeats as many times as needed to make a ‘box’. I just need pushed in the right direction to emulate this using actionscript, if possible.

thanks! 🙂

Jon
