# Drop Down Buttons Help Needed

Please could some one help me out. I am looking for a tutorial or explanation of coding needed to create a similar button effect, as seen at [http://www.spinkproperty.co.uk/](http://www.spinkproperty.co.uk/)  
I have no idea what to search for. Are they using drag/slide/Fade? any information would help.
