# Drop Down Menu in XML - Navigation Internally?

So I went through the tutorial found here:

I was able to successfully implement the dropdown menu, however I want to be able to have navigation within one flash movie without opening up external urls everytime.

Is there a way to do this?

Hopefully someone can help.
