# Drop down menu (MySQL)

I have three fields in my database: hotel\_id hotel\_name and hotel\_desc.

i want to have a drop down menu that lists all of the hotel\_name and when a user selects one of the hotels from the lists there will be a empty div that will display the hotel name and its description.

does anyone know how to achieve this?
