# Drop down menus and hyperlinks

I have a drop down menu (“slide-right” menu actually). Each menu item is in the library as a movie clip. I used the dropdown menu tutorial on kirupa.
All is fine until i click on a button on the dropped menu (which is supposed to geturl an html file )and nothing seems to happen.
I’ve had a look through other threads and i’m not entirely sure of what to do. I think it is something to do Actions _on_ movieclips stopping actions _in_ movieclips (from what i gather in other threads.)
I’m stuck! please help!
