# Dynamic Button Help

I am brand new to actionscript and are trying to figure out how this works. I have 4 buttons on stage with instance names of btn\_1, btn\_2, btn\_3, and btn\_4. They have linkage ID’s the same as instance names. I want to be able to send a number from HTML into flash, and display those particular numbers. If I send a 2, only button 1 & 2 will show. Please excuse this very basic question, I’ve just started learning actionscript 3 weeks ago.
