# Dynamic design issues need help

Hi i am trying to create a dynamic site ( ie user determins layout ect)  
has anyone got any sugestions\>?

can anyone tell me how to do the following as i am stumped!

1. create a layout for diffrent ip adresses.

2. create a text field that when you tyoe say …blue  
it launces a load movie function ( so iot loads a blue verion of site.  
any ideas or help will be apriciated
