# Dynamic Map

hi,

I have been asked to make an interactive map similar to  
[http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/shared/vote2005/flash\_map/html/map05.stm](http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/shared/vote2005/flash_map/html/map05.stm)  
but for a city (and not for elections)

i am just wondering peoples ideas whether i should make the sections of the map from images, drawing them in flash, or actionscript drawing them?

I do not have any more specifics like how many sections, how much detail, etc
