Hey guys, new user here. Im using Flash MX 2004 and am making a 2-d shooter. My problem is im trying to work on the shooting actionscript where my guy shoots from himself to the current location of the mouse. Ive been able to draw a line from the two points, and believe that if i use timeline.addMotionGuide() i should be able to convert that line into a seperate guide layer. From there however, I was wondering how I could actionscript so my bullet movieclip tweens along that guide without having to do it in the timeline itself. If anybody has any ideas as to how to make a good shooting actionscript, Im all ears. Thanks alot and thank god this site exists or else I wouldnt have a chance at making this game. Woohoo Kirupa!
