Is there any way to have text rollovers with a dynamic text scroller in flash? or attach CSS to the scroller to accomplish a color change? or attach a html file instead of a .txt file?

I want to add a flash scroller to my html site but I want the links that show up to highlight when it is rolled over.

Thanks in advance and happy holidays
