# Dynamic text file "language"

hi:  
I have a text box which loads a text from a txt file.This file has commands that I don´t know -e.g.: the same as the HTML \<br\> tag, it uses %0d .I´d like to know what the name of this “language” is because I´d like to make some changes to the txt.PLEASE HELP!!!
