Hi,

first of all, can I say what an incredible resource this site is, and how much I have already gleaned from this site already, so thank you!

However, I have encountered an odd issue in creating a site using MX 2004.

I have created several movies that are launched via a launcher on my “index page”.
One of these swfs has a dynamic text box, the text is within the file, and is scrolled by 2 buttons. If I launch the swf as is, the text displays fine, and all is rosy.

However, if I launch the swf through my “index page” launcher, the rest of the file displays beautifully, however the dynamic text… doesn’t.

I will happily enclose swf’s or Fla’s if it will help to shed any light on the matter, the only reason that I haven’t is because the path to navigate to said problem is a tad convoluted.

If anyone can shed any light on this matter I would be most grateful.

Many thanks in advance.
