# Dynamically change smoothly a mc color

I’ve seen around webpages that have this nice transition effect that changes the color of the background depending on the color you pick. I’ve searched everywhere I thought of and I found only one reference that is a .fla file. Unfortunately this file is from Flash 8 I think and when I copy the whole contents to my cs3 the transition doesn’t work anymore. It is weird because I am still using the same AS version in both cases (AS 1.0 & 2.0).

The source uses the setTransform method… any idea how to achieve this in Flash CS3?
