# Dynamically Creating Sound

Are there any built in utilities for playing/creating MIDI style music in AS3?  
Are there any libraries out there?

I’m not looking for something that will play .mid files, but something that will be able to play a "Middle C " tone, either as a piano tone, or as a cheap computer tone.
