Is it possible for flash, while it is running, to display a open file dialog box, like in windows, and retrieve an image to place it into a designated area on the stage?

If so, how?

Just to make the above a little more clear in regards to flash running, by that I mean not when I’m designing it but when a user is running the flash projector file.

Thanks.
