# Dynamically populating flv video file through Flash

Here is an interesting Flash concept. Was wondering if anyone has seen this before or knows how one could accomplish this:

Basically a user is able insert any name on a form for this webpage and then the name is populated into a pre-made video during certain instances. The end result is an .flv file that can then be used on a website. Any ideas?
