the top banner could be better, other than that, it looks like a standard html site. Keep it up and you’ll make better designs in no-time.

Too standard looking; title looks like a simple PS bevel&emboss, buttons lack interactivity and are quite dull… Why not make a simple flash menu if you have the possibility to ?

Seems like you do master CSS - make more of it !
