# Easy way for animating an grayscale effect

I need to animate some movie clip containing an image to became “grayscale” (i.e. on roll over) and then again “normal” (i.e on roll out).

I font some information how to make an image grayscale using ColorMatrix, but i can’t animate it. So i have to put one grayscale image and one colored above and to tween the alpha of the top image to get what i need.  
Anyware I thing that this is not very good decision and would like to ask you for advice.
