Hi guys,  
Can you give me some suggestions on the effect that is here:

The effect that i say is the hover on a website on the websites chart.  
I’m wainting for your answers :thumb:

EDIT:

Is that a mask effect that plays on the mask width…so when the user hover the “button” the layer with the black font appears when the mask completes his motion?
