# Eliminated margins in browser windows

I have read the tutorial on eliminating margins in different browser windows. I went into the html file to replace \<body\> tag with \<body topmargin=“0” leftmargin=“0”\>.

First question since I am not familiar with code, I am suppose to change the \<body\> tag at the end of the html document? I tried that and am still getting margins, any suggestions?
