# Email command malfunction in Flash 5... help!

Hello. i have a button in my flash (5) movie which is set to bring up an email to chosen recipient… when the button is clicked it does this fine, but also brings up another blank explorer window as well - with an error message that the action was cancelled.  
How do I stop this additional browser window coming up as well as the new email?
