# Email in xml?

Can some one help me with email in xml. I have some flash xml templates and need help setting up the email in them. I will send you the xml file but don’t know which is the correct one. I have a “configuration.xml” a structure.xml" also a contact.asp and a contact.php  
If you can help me is it possible to test them on my desktop or do I need to upoad to my server. I’m on a Mac running Snow Leopard and have Flash CS4.
