# Email submittion box

Does anyone know where I can get an email submittion box? Not a full form, just a simple input box and a submittion button and also how I can retrieve that info when users leave their email.

Otherwise is there a way I can use part of the form from the tutorial for this purpose. If so, pls explain. Thanx
