Hi all

I’ve used the quiz template that comes with MX 2004 to create an online form that users can fill out. I’ve used the ‘next’ button from the template to move them from one ‘page’ to another until they get to the end of the interactive form (ie hence the use is now a ‘form’, not a ‘quiz’ and all of the scoring components are removed).

However, I want to be able to ‘submit’ their form entry via email to me so I know all of the information they entered, just like the form/php method in Flash - but I’m not sure how to do this using the quiz template.

Can I just use variables? Will this work? Has anyone got any ideas??

Look forward to hearing your thoughts!!

Yep, that will work if you put those variables in the PHP file in the message header.
