# Embed a link in tool tip

Hello, I need help asap. After about 90% done with the file, the client wanted to embed link in the tool tip. Is there a way that I can embed a link in the tool tip and make it stays put when the user hover over it? I’m totally lost right now. Willing to post source files, please help me.
