# Embedded fonts with CSS

Hello all,

I have a embedded font that the client user hopefully doesn’t need to have to be able to view my text. Also I have an imported CSS sheet to set the size, colour, and style of this typeface and thus end text. However, apart from everything working great when I remove the same typeface being embedded but remove it from the local machine the typeface in the flash app reverts back to a dodgy unreadable one. So it looks like the client user needs the font.

Is there anything I can do to use CSS and still have the embedded font - that doesn’t have to be on the clients machine??

I can only have a textField and not a custom component and I can post code is need be.
