Hi,

I got a problem embedding fonts in my swf.

I got a pixelfont from FFF (font is atlantis)

I put some text in a movieclip and at the font parameters i set it to “embed all characters”, when i view the swf in my browser the fonts is blurred again altho i embedded a pixelfont. I tried several things but i don’t seem to manage to get the font right, unblurred.

Can anyone help me here? i mean, there are dozens of sites who use pixelfonts which i don’t happen to have installed on my pc and display unblurred??

:q:

thanks!

Ok, next problem, i’m setting the X and Y positions of my objects now but for one or another reason when i put the X coord to 6.0 it automatically sets it to 5.9

I tried several things but none worked

yeah, that sucks, but try to set it 6.0 several times, oh, maybe try this: View \>\> Snap to pixels. Maybe this will help, don’t know.

I was thinking: what about moving every single detail in a movie =) That would be fun (and lot of work to)

for your blur thingy with text; are you sure you set the text to dynamic text (maybe with html enabled im not sure) and **important** took the ‘antialias text’ option off???

> When u use the FFF pixel fonts u don’t need to set the text to dynamic … thats the meaning of those pixel fonts … duh 🙂

But i made it all work just by positioning all the items on whole pixels not decimals
