# Embedding swf into swf?

so i have this fla file, and i have this other fla file, but i want to put one file, inside the other. the file i want to put into the other has a mouse follower, and i only want it to follow in it’s own window when the user moves the mouse in that movie.  
just like how they show the examples here at kirupa.

but i don’t know how to do that, can anyone tell me???
