# Embedding video errors, please help

I’m trying to import a quicktime movie, it’s about 300 MB in size and will import fine to the library, but when i try to place it on stage i get an error:

Embedding OLE objects is unsupported. Use File-\>Import to import media.

Is this a problem with this one file, as i have imported other quicktime movies fine
