# Empty TV screen effect

[SIZE=3][FONT=Fixedsys]I’m trying to make an effect that should look like those old tv screens with nothing to show. I tryed with black dots that have random motion on a white stage, but my AS skills are not so good and finally i have a crap. Can u help me?[/FONT][/SIZE]
