# English Literature Class: "Blue Book"?

Hi,

I have a midterm in my American Ethnic Literature class today.The exam is going to consist of two essay questions. And a few days ago, my professor told us to bring one “Blue Book” to class for the exam. For those of you who are in college: what in the world is a “Blue Book”?

Thanks for any insight. I’m really in a bind here, as the midterm is…today! :-X
