# Enlarge Vertical Scrollbar in IE

Hello,  
I am wondering if there is a way, OUTSIDE OF PREFRENCES IN IE, to adjust the size of the vertical scrollbar? I am making a kiosk and I want to allow the user to use a scrollbar, thus I need to make the click and drag spots big enough for a finger.  
Maybe some way through CSS?  
Any ideas?
