Hey all,

So i am working on this otherwise glorious and powerful Apple G4 dual core tower with 3 gigs of RAM. It is a blazingly fast machine in almost all regards… all EXCEPT for when it is using flash. Whenever i have flash 8 loaded and i use another program, a browser for example, and then go BACK to flash, it takes FOREVER (sometimes a full minute) for the the beachball of impatience to go away and allow me to use flash again.

On top of that whenever i export a movie, it seems to take for FREAKIN’ ever for that to happen to.

Like i say, all other programs run like a dream. I am wondering if this is a memory allocation issue, maybe it is a built in quirk in flash 8, what’s going on? Any thoughts?
