# Expand/contract headers

I know there’s probably an obvious answer to this somewhere, but I’m very new at this, and I’ve searched all over the place and can’t find any help.

On my website, I have a resume page that contains long lists of items in categories. I want to make it so that there’s just 4-5 seen per category when a user first opens the page. Then, if they want to see the rest of the category, I want them to just be able to click on the category header and have the rest of the items display. Like expand/contract.

I found one script on [dynamicdrive.com](http://dynamicdrive.com) but I can’t get it to work on my site for some reason. So, I’m lost. PLEASE help!!
