Did you download the file for the right OS Systems?

And on php.net if you aren’t using Windows, there is a list on the left hand side that says “Binaries for other systems”.
If that doesn’t work, then I am out of ideas, because I didn’t install it on my server so I don’t know the first thing about how to.
