# Exporting a movie

Hi everybody!!

I have a flash movie that is in full resolution (1920x1080) and I would like to export it as .mov in a lower resolution but when I try to do it I can’t, it says: “the installed version of Quick time has not have a handler for this type of Micromedia Flash player.”

I already downloaded the new version of Quick Time and I have Flash MX.

Do you know what could be causing the problem?
