I’ve created a very simple flash movie, which I am looking to export as an animated gif.

No problem there, I can do that easy enough.

My problem is that the flash movie document bg is: #F5F6F6, when it is exported the bgcolor comes out as: #FFFFF

Any ideas, I looked at the export settings and ticked transparent but still no joy. :hair:

Hmm that’s weird, especiall if using “transparent” is still giving you a background.

Did you try creating a layer below all the other layers and just drawing a square (as a faux background) with the color you want, and then have that layers frame span across the total frames of your animation?
